Brian Wagner is Vice President of Engineering & Manufacturing at Lightning Production Services (LPS), bringing more than 15 years of experience in oilfield services, engineering, manufacturing, and artificial lift. Throughout his career, he has led engineering, operations, product development, technical sales, and commercial strategy across multiple producing basins, with a focus on improving reliability, operational performance, and customer value. Brian is also actively involved in industry standards development as Co-Chair of the API 11BR Task Group and a member of the API SC11 Subcommittee and API 11B Task Group. He has authored and co-authored multiple Southwestern Petroleum Short Course papers covering continuous rod inspection, high-rate rod lift, tubing inspection, and rod guide optimization, and holds a B.S. in Chemical and Biochemical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines.
