This school is a continuation of the highly successful school presented in 2017 on the "Top Secret for Rod Pumped Wells" and its discussion on incomplete pump fillage. This school will provide the background and discussion on a variety of topics that will apply to oil, gas, vertical and horizontal sucker rod lifted wells. Some of the topics include: dampening versus friction effects, impact loads and related sampling rates, pumping unit balancing and leading or lagging effects, historic "rod compression" is a misnomer, and designing versus optimizing stroke length, pumping speed and potential new technology.
