Endurance Technologies Inc. was founded in 1993 to meet the needs of oil and gas companies that were experiencing routine failures in their production tubing due to wear, erosion, or corrosion. These failures result in increased costs associated with frequent well workovers, well servicing, lost production, and high maintenance. The feature of EndurAlloy® tubing and casing is the diffusion alloying surface engineering process which creates a hard and dense alloy on the surface of the steel substrate. This engineered surface provides excellent protection against abrasion due to rod wear above the pump, around a deviation, high sand production, and corrosion in extreme environments where failures regularly occur.
