Jim is a principal of Dos Hermanos International LLC, an energy investment firm based in Fort Worth. He has served in various operational roles of a public OFS company, most recently as EVP of Operations with responsibilities of all production services including well servicing, P&A services, water trucking, and midstream subsidiary, rental tools, coiled tubing in the Permian and various basins across the U.S. Prior to the public world, Jim co-founded a Permian Basin based P&A company in 1986, expanding into primary & remedial cementing services in the early ’90s, as well as operated oil & gas wells, and participated in non-operated ventures.
He is a registered Professional Engineer (Texas), is a member of the Texas Tech Academy of Petroleum Engineering, Petroleum Industry Advisory Board, PBPA, and is active in the Society of Petroleum Engineers Permian & Fort Worth Chapters. Jim holds a BS in Petroleum Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines.
