Crystal Hemann is a Production Engineer with nine years of experience in the Permian Basin. She holds a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from Texas Tech University. She started her career as a Frac Engineer in Midland, TX, and then moved to Catalyst Oilfield Services as a Technical Representative, where she gained valuable insights into the production side of the oil and gas industry. She joined Shell in 2017 and worked as a Production Engineer until 2021, when she started at ConocoPhillips. Crystal is an active member of several professional organizations, such as WEN, The AL Forum, SPE ALCE, and the SWPSC. She is passionate about learning new skills and staying updated on the latest developments in her field. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and 2-year-old daughter, as well as playing tennis.
