Justin Conyers is a Senior Reliability Specialist for California Resources Corporation, where he provides in-house support for sucker rod pump operations, training, RCFA documentation on all down hole failures and audits of all critical service equipment suppliers for their assets in California. He has worked in the sucker rod pump industry since 1981 providing application support as SME both domestic and globally. He has received patents on his work and is motivated in finding solutions to complex sucker rod pumping system issues. Justin is a past presenter and trainer at the SWPSC and is excited to engage more people from the West coast to attend.
