Courtney Richardson, Lead Artificial Lift QAQC, has been with Oxy 10 years. Her team supports Quality Assurance in Artificial Lift for all of Oxy’s domestic assets. The primary function of her team is understanding lift equipment through its life cycle, from manufacturing to failure mode. She currently serves as the API 11BR Task Group Chair, a member of API SC11 Sub-Committee, API 11AR/AX Task Groups, and the SWPSC Program Committee. She has co-authored numerous technical papers for the SPE-ALCE/ATCE, SWPSC, PBALF, and helped develop and teach the RCFA courses at the ALRDC SRP Workshop and SWPSC Pre-Conference Schools.
