Program Committee Member
Courtney Richardson

Courtney has 7 years of experience with Oxy. Her early industry experience with data management for well servicing operations triggered a deep interest in failures. This guided her path to the Oxy QA/QC Artificial Lift team. A primary function of Artificial Lift QA/QC is understanding lift equipment through its life cycle, from manufacturing to failure mode. With heavy collaboration across multiple disciplines the key focus is to identify ways to increase run times, mitigate specific failure mechanisms, and pursue compensation relief for AL equipment that fails to perform to its warrantied standard. She is currently serving as the Chair for the API 11BR Task Group and has co-authored many SWPSC papers in years past. She is also a heavy proponent of standardizing the methods by which data is captured to reap the full benefit of analytics and make sound operational decisions based on data.
