Ian Nickell is the Manager of Customer Success and Technical Support for the Theta software suite at SLB. With over 9 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, Ian specializes in artificial lift optimization and automation, driving operational efficiency for clients.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in petroleum engineering from California State University, Bakersfield, and a master's in mechanical engineering from the University of California, Riverside. Ian is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and technical support to ensure seamless integration of SLB’s solutions.
Based in Bakersfield, CA, Ian enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters, as well as fishing, hiking, golfing, and gardening.
