Gage moved to Midland in 2012 after graduating from UT Tyler. He began his career working with rod pumps and sucker rods, where he gained hands-on experience in building, repairing, troubleshooting, and sales. After two years in the pump shop, he joined 3 Rivers (later acquired by Oxy) as a lease operator, a role he held for six years. In 2019, Gage transitioned back into sales with Baker Hughes, focusing on innovative environmental technologies. For the past 2.5 years, he has led sales efforts at Qube Technologies, where he helps operators reduce emissions and achieve operational excellence.
