Ashley A. Leon is a Production Engineer at ExxonMobil based in Midland, Texas, supporting field operations and production optimization in the Permian Basin. She works closely with field and surveillance teams to enhance performance from reservoir to sales. Her technical background includes design and practical experience with artificial lift systems such as ESP, rod pumps, and gas lift. A proud Red Raider, she earned her B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from Texas Tech University in May 2025 and is committed to maximizing the value of every barrel produced.
Beyond her technical work, Ashley is actively engaged in community and industry initiatives. She volunteers as Development Director for Crescentia Initiative Nonprofit and serves on the SPE Permian Basin International Oil Show planning committee, where she supports professional development and outreach efforts across the region.
