Madison Kilcrease is a sales professional with SLB’s Emissions Technologies and Solutions team (formerly ChampionX), where she partners with operators to design and implement emissions monitoring strategies that align with both regulatory requirements and voluntary goals. Over the past three years, her experience has spanned handheld, helicopter, and drone-based OGI with quantification, as well as continuous and aircraft-based monitoring technologies.
Based in Midland, TX and coming from an oil and gas family, Madison brings a practical, operator-focused perspective to her work. She collaborates closely with regulatory agencies in ways that support industry needs, advocating for approaches that balance compliance with operational efficiency and environmental responsibility. Her work extends across the Permian and Mid-Continent, where she thrives in building trusted, one-on-one partnerships with operators.
A graduate of Colorado State University with a background in Public Relations and Business, Madison enjoys connecting technical solutions with real-world challenges. Outside of work, she spends her time with her dog, friends, and family, and—true to her Colorado roots—can often be found outdoors, whether on a trail, on the water, or exploring beyond the West Texas desert.
